About LeeAnna Guedry

My name is LeeAnna Guedry and I am the Real Estate Broker and Owner of Magnolia Key Realty & Co.  I began my Real Estate Career in 2017 after a long career in accounting. My background in Construction Accounting gave me a strong foundation in understanding, contracts, construction and finance. My love of homes, people, serving others, and management lead me right to where I am today.

With a goal in mind of simplifying and streamlining Real Estate in a professional manner that appeals to our clients, we have grown the Brokerage to be a top producing Brokerage in Greater Baton Rouge. We proudly serve the Greater Baton Rouge and surrounding areas, and we have an office located in Central. With a love for the MS Gulf Coast that runs deep we have also opened Magnolia Key Realty & Co. in Mississippi. The future of Real Estate is always evolving and I will ensure that our clients and agents are always ahead of the curve.
