Hi, I’m LeeAnna Guedry. The passion for Real Estate started at a young age for me. Attending open houses on the weekend wasn’t your average 14-year-old's favorite pastime, but it was mine. It taught me so many things about homes, their functionality, design, value, and what type of buyer they’d appeal to. Then I became a licensed agent as an adult, and my passion shifted to being about people. I know that when I work on a transaction with a client, they are waiting for my call to see if the offer is accepted, depending on me to guide them through inspection, and relying on me to get them to the closing table. I don’t take that lightly; it’s an honor and a privilege to do this for each client.
