Hi, I’m LeeAnna Guedry. The passion for Real Estate started at a young age for me. Attending open houses on the weekend wasn’t your average 14 year olds favorite past time, but it was mine. It taught me so many things about homes, their functionality, design, value, what type of buyer they’d appeal to. Then I became a licensed agent as an adult and my passion shifted to it being about people, I know that when I work a transaction with a client that they are waiting for my call to see if the offer is accepted, depending on me to guide them through inspection, and relying on me to get them to the closing table. I don’t take that lightly, it’s an honor and privilege to do this for each client. I will fight for you, I will celebrate with you, I will make the process easy for you that is always the goal.

Since the opening of my Brokerage I have found myself saying quite often “I want to do Real Estate different” it’s not a sales job to me, it’s a relationship, a commitment to my clients, a duty and mostly an honor to be put in the position to represent someone.
